About us
Pretty Beach Community Preschool is a not for profit centre for 2 to 6 year olds.
It is run by Director Kim Chippindale and a volunteer parent management committee.
The new Preschool opened in September 2010 behind Pretty Beach Public School and features an architecturally designed building with two large rooms...the Koala Room for the 2 and 3 year olds and Kookaburra Room for the 4 and 5 year olds.
There are two full time staff in each room and regular part time and casual staff who fill in when required.
The outside play area features an interactive eco friendly garden. It has fruit trees and a vegetable garden which the children help look after. Plus a worm farm to help promote recycling and waste minimisation.
We offer a wide range of art and craft activities each day and always keep up to date on new educational ideas for preschool aged children.
